TO GO WITH AFP STORY BY JEAN-MARC MOJON- Armed men walk past a shack used by Somali women as a store in the central Somali coastal town of Hobyo, on August 20, 2010. Even though pirates bring ships they have hijacked and anchored them off shore in sight from the town, the residents say a significant portion of their income is lavished on post-ransom binges of khat, alcohol and prostitutes. The pirate leaders insist much of the cash is re-invested to expand.
