YONGJI, July 29, 2010 Workers rush to repair the damaged rail in Kouqian Township of Yongji County, northeast China's Jilin Province. Thirteen people were killed and six others missing after floods swept through Yongji County, and disrupted life of 150,000 local residents, officials said Thursday.
