YONGJI, July 29, 2010 Photo taken on July 29, 2010 shows a carriage of a freight train off the track and an overturned police car in Kouqian Township of Yongji County, northeast China's Jilin Province. Thirteen people were killed and six others missing after floods swept through Yongji County, and disrupted life of 150,000 local residents, officials said Thursday.
